Return Request Period: You may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the goods. Return requests will not be accepted after 30 days.
Return Conditions: Goods must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
- The goods are unused and in their original condition;
- The packaging, accessories, and labels are intact;
- There is no human-caused damage or signs of use.

- After approval, you will receive return instructions;
- Return the goods according to the instructions;
- We will process the goods after receiving and inspecting them.

- Once the goods are confirmed to meet the return conditions, the refund process will be initiated;
- The refund will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days;
- The specific arrival time may vary slightly depending on the payment method.
Shipping Information
- If the return is due to product quality issues: we will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
